Cara membuat Chicken charsiu

  1. Semua bahan bumbu masukan dalam 1 wadah.
  2. Masukan fillet ayam lalu remas2 hingga rata dan fillet ayam terendam bumbu.
  3. Tutup wadah dan masukan ke dalan kulkas minimal 4 jam atau semalaman.
  4. Keluar wadah dr kulkas.kemudian panaskan teflon dgn api sedang.
  5. Setelah teflon panas,kecilkan api.masukan ayam beserta bumbunya.(sisakan sedikit utk cocolan).
  6. Masak sampai bumbu meresap.dan terakhir over sbntr agar kering.yummy. slamat mencoba😋.
